20/20 vision

Wow, is this what you people with 20/20 vision see like? It's amazing! Distance vision is superb and clear and I can see forever, it seems. Do y'all know how amazing that is? For someone who has had to wear thick glasses and contacts for most of her life, waking up in the morning to clear and acute vision is fabulous. I thought I would get that result after lasik about 9 years ago, but alas, no. My vision was already too far gone to get all the way to 20/20 with lasik, even tho' I tried real hard. When the first surgery didn't get me all the way there, I opted for enhancement. Didn't help much. And then after a few years, my vision started sliding back. One Dr. called it a myopic creep. (It was creepy, alright!) I was bound and determined that I was going to get 20/20 vision at some point in my life and now I have, at least in my right eye. Oh the wonders of modern science.
